My name is Irina and I’m a professional certified English, German and Russian teacher. I’m a very enthusiastic, friendly, and creative teacher with a quite big teaching experience.
I’ve been teaching English, German and Russian as a foreign language both in groups and individually and also via Skype for over 11 years. I taught English in big companies in Moscow and Krasnodar, including Business English, English for Financial Sector, English for Cabin Crew, English for Agricultural Sector, etc.
I like my job very much and I also enjoy travelling and trying something new. I adapt easily to new situations and I am very open-minded. I’ve been teaching both kids and adults and also worked as an au pair (a nanny) in the USA and Germany (1 year in each country) where I attended English and German classes and passed my TOEFL and Test Daf. I’ve also prepared my students for international and Russian exams such as IELTS, SAT, Goethe Zertifikat, TELC, Unified State Exam (ЕГЭ). All of my students passed the exams successfully. In my lessons I use communicative approach with a combination of other methods.
I try to develop my teaching skills and often do trainings or webinars. I did a TESOL course in 2018 and a course of professional development in teaching Russian as a foreign language in 2020 and would like to apply my knowledge abroad.
